Purpose: It is used for fixing multilayer ALUPLAST and Pe-X pipes of diameters fi 16, 18 and fi 20 for installations of floor and wall heating or cooling on larger surfaces. In addition to fixing the pipes with the installation of the lath, we achieve the correct arrangement of the pipe and the apropos of the step of the grab bars for every 50 mm (50, 100, 150, 200 etc.). Finishing strips allow PRESS-CLICK coating without limitation.
Characteristics: The position is made of high quality PP copolymer with addition of additives and colors. The basic advantages of the lath in relation to the known distribution systems: the speed of assembly, the proper formation of the layout of the pipes, the firm and sliding support of the pipe, which prevents mechanical damage in the production of estrich glaze with glass fibers. The construction of the gripper allows the acceptance and clean holding of the pipes filling 16 to 20 mm. Attachment on the styrofoam board is performed with a needle for the lath art. 03-21 with the help of our TACKER – stamping machine art.03-22-22, and on concrete substrates using the impact tip fi 8 on the intended openings. Recommended installation norm 4 to 6 pieces / m or 0,8-1,2 m inline layout. The length of the 350 mm bar allows efficient packaging, manipulation in installation and rational installation without cutting and waste.
