PE foil for floor heating

The same foil is a barrier for penetration of moisture in screeds and proscribed by ISO / DIN standards. Printed raster grids allows the fast and accurate layout of the pipeline without using a meter when mounting. Pipes are fixed to PE foil in flat styrofoam board by fixing POLY pipe clamp for PE X pipes (catalogue number: 03-09) using tacker-the staple POLY (catalogue number:03-22).

CHARACTERISTICS: PE foil is made of recycled LDPE, film extrusion, with addition of additives for improving mechanical properties. The thickness of PE extruded foil is from 0.14 to 0.15 mm, i.e. 140-150 qmm (micron)..

One-sided is printed in a mesh pattern with a layout of 100×100 mm – full lines, and intermittent between lines at 50 mm. When laying PE foils, they interconnect longitudinally PE with adhesive tape. The foil is extremely solid for penetration, it has a prescribed watertight density and is flexible for efficient mounting on flat floor polystyrene sheets. Mounted by manual unwinding from the roll.
