| Purpose | Used for fastening multilayer ALUPLAST and PE-X pipes with diameters of fi 16, 18 and fi 20 in underfloor and wall heating or cooling installations over larger areas. In addition to fixing the pipes, installing the rail ensures a correct pipe layout according to the rail's grip pitch of 50 mm (50, 100, 150, 200, etc.). The rail ends allow PRESS-CLICK joining without length limitation. |
| Properties | This part is made of high-quality PP copolymer with added additives and color. The main advantages of the rail compared to known distribution systems are: speed of installation, correct formation of the pipe layout, and firm, sliding support of the pipes, which prevents mechanical damage when making screed with glass fibers. The grip design allows pipes from fi 16 to 20 mm to be received and held firmly against popping out. Fastening to styrofoam boards is done with the rail pin, art. 03-21, using our TACKER stapler device, art. 03-22, and to concrete substrates using fi 8 impact plugs in the openings provided. Recommended installation standard: 4 to 6 pieces/m or a linear layout of 0.8–1.2 m. The rail length of 350 mm enables efficient packaging, easy handling during installation and rational installation without cutting or waste. |
