| Purpose | Used in underfloor heating installations and underfloor distribution for routing ALUPLAST pipes under radiators and distribution cabinets. It enables correct 90° bending of the pipe without deforming the inner diameter, protects the pipe from mechanical damage during screed and finishing works, and also gives the pipeline an aesthetic appearance. It allows pipe replacement under the finished floor in the event of an installation error or pipe damage (in underfloor distribution). |
| Properties | The parts are made of high-quality PP copolymer with added additives and color. The product consists of three associated parts: housing, insert and plug. The maximum diameter for ALUPLAST applications is fi 20; the center distance of two bends paired with the toothed connector, art. no. 03-02, is 50 mm, which corresponds to the center distance of most H-valves. With the addition of the ring, art. 03-01 A, it can hold a fi 25 flexible conduit in underfloor distribution. |
